BMW, a well-known German automotive company recently introduced the 2013 BMW X6 M,
a car that many describe as a Sports Activity Coupe. This new version
is available with a few obvious and accepted changes like the latest and
inventive interior and exterior appearance of the otherwise
conventional vehicle. Clear and detailed images and a video of this car
are released on BMW’s website. The original look of the BMW X M has
added some tweaks to the LED lights as well as grille. The new model’s
front end remains hard and firm but a gap hole is now available on the
front end beneath the grille for better performance. Even though all the
details and modifications are not yet available to the US market, the
2013 BMW X6 M is expected to have some of the same interior display as
the latest X6 standard of BMW.
Specifications – 2013 BMW X6 M
The introduction of the 2013 BMW X6 in the market for automobiles
carries with it the blend of top performance, responsive driving
ability, and competent characteristics of the BMW making the Sports
Activity Coupe to be taken to a higher level. The new BMW X6 has
two-engine options – diesel and petrol – with TwinPower Turbo Technology
from BMW which offers impressive data regarding outstanding low-fuel
consumption.
The X6 xDrive50i of BMW V8 engine can produce 300KW/407bhp power and
the X6 xDrive35i of BMW is available with gasoline engine (6-cylinder)
with the ability to deliver 225KW/306bhp. The 6-cylinder diesel engine
of X6 xDrive40d can give off 180 KW/245bhp power. The diesel engines
that BMW provides are ideal and in addition to being impressive, they
deliver power with emission rate derived from the test cycle of the EU.
The X6 xDrive30d requires 7.4 liters/100km and the BMW X6 xDrive40d
calls for fuel consumption – 7.5 liters for every 100 kilometers.
BMW in its quest to further reduce NOx (nitrogen oxides) found in
flue gas, designed the BMW X6 xDrive30d to be armed with the elective
BluePerformance Technology from BMW in 2012 spring. In addition to the
customary aspects of the diesel, AdBlue system is being used for
oxidation and filter catalytic converter. NOx storage channel and urea
is injected and this serves to get rid of nitrogen oxides and sulphur
dioxide. What this actually means is that the car’s yield to the EU6
production standards will become effective from the year 2014.
